Ferry runs aground off Mie Prefecture

NAGOYA -- Twenty-eight people were rescued after transverse waves and falling cargo caused the 7,910-ton ferry Ariake to roll and come aground off Mie Prefecture on Friday, according to the Fourth Coast Guard Headquarters in Nagoya.
