This photo released by Chiba Prefectural Police shows Tatsuya Ichihashi, the suspect in the March 2007 killing of British English teacher Lindsay Ann Hawker, with a drawing of glasses and beard added later by an employee at a construction company in Ibaraki, Osaka Prefecture, where the suspect worked until last month under the name Kosuke Inoue.
