Russian Consul General celebrates becoming dean of Kansai Consular Corps

Russian Consul General Ivan V. Prokhorov sings a song while playing guitar during a meeting of the Japan-Russia Salon held on Oct. 30 to congratulate him on assuming the post of dean of the Kansai Consular Corps. He sang a number of Japanese and Russian folk songs during the event.
